I acknowledge the base fee of $349 for Blower Door (Enclosure) Testing and $349 for the initial HVAC Duct Leakage Test. Additional HVAC systems are billed at $249 per unit. To maintain our project schedule, a $99 Site Mobilization Fee will be assessed if the property is not ready for testing upon arrival.

I authorize Keystone Enclosure Testing to securely collect and store my payment method through Stripe. I understand Keystone Enclosure Testing may charge the saved payment method after completion for the final project balance and for applicable approved fees, including retest, cancellation, or site-not-ready fees. Documents and certificates will be released after payment is successfully processed.

Loyalty Program Terms: Keystone’s Partnership Program offers preferred pricing based on anticipated annual testing volume. Eligibility and pricing must be approved in advance and confirmed in writing. Partner pricing applies only to qualifying projects scheduled after enrollment and is not retroactive. Additional HVAC systems, retests, expedited service, travel outside Keystone’s standard service area, and other nonstandard services are billed separately. Partner pricing may be adjusted if projected volume is not met or the account is not in good standing.
