I acknowledge the base fee of $350 for Blower Door (Enclosure) Testing and $350 for the initial HVAC Duct Leakage Test. Additional HVAC systems are billed at $300 per unit. To maintain our project schedule, a $99 Late Cancellation Fee applies within 24 hours of service, and a $199 Site Mobilization Fee will be assessed if the property is not ready for testing upon arrival.

I authorize Keystone Enclosure Testing to securely collect and store my payment method through Stripe. I understand Keystone Enclosure Testing may charge the saved payment method after completion for the final project balance and for applicable approved fees, including retest, cancellation, or site-not-ready fees. Documents and certificates will be released after payment is successfully processed.
