About Keystone Enclosure Testing

Keystone Enclosure Testing is a locally owned, founder-led company providing independent blower door and duct leakage tests for residential construction across New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. As a testing-only company, Keystone does not sell HVAC, insulation, air-sealing, or repair services. Our focus is accurate field testing, clear reporting, responsive scheduling, and dependable communication.

My name is Ian, and I am the founder of Keystone Enclosure Testing. Before founding Keystone, I spent more than 20 years in hospitality. That experience taught me that strong relationships are earned through service, trust, and consistency. It also shaped my belief that character is defined by doing the right thing, especially when it is difficult.

I'm a proud cancer survivor. That experience forced me to reevaluate how I wanted to spend my time, serve others, and build a meaningful future for my family. It ultimately led me from hospitality into the residential building industry and to the creation of Keystone Enclosure Testing.

My son, Aidan, is at the center of that motivation. I want to build something real and lasting that reflects the values I hope to pass on to him: hard work, personal accountability, service to others, and treating people well.
